Impact of a Counseling Program Based on the Behavioral Theory in Developing the Skill of Teamwork among a Sample of Members of the General Federation of Jordanian Women

Abstract:

his study aimed to know the impact of a counseling program based on behavioral theory in developing the skill of teamwork among a Sample of Members of the General Federation of Jordanian Women , The sample of the study was consist of (30) of Members of the women who got the lowest of degrees on the identification of teamwork skill, . They were distributed into two groups, a controlling group of (15) members whom un minotaur the counseling program, and an experimental group of (15) Members whom minotored to the counseling program, the researcher used the semi – experimental methodology, To achieve the objectives of the study, a teamwork skill questionnaire was prepared by the researcher. and built a counseling program based on behavioral theory and the validity and reliability of the two scales were tested; and they were valid and reliable. The result of the study showed that, there are statistically significant differences at the level of (a=0.05) between the average performance of the controlling group and the experimental group on the post scale of teamwork skill. and also The result of the study showed that, there are statistically significant differences at the level of (a=0.05) between the average performance of the experimental group on the traser scale of teamwork skill which attribute to the continually of the effect of the counseling program. The researcher recommends to the necessary of designing counseling programs based on behavioral theory, in order to confront the problems of weak leadership skills for the women leaders in general, and especially for the leaders of the general federation of Jordanian women.
