The researcher employed a historical and analytical approach to trace the evolution of women\u2019s participation across the three branches of government\u2014legislative, executive, and judicial\u2014within the broader context of Jordan\u2019s political and legal reforms from the establishment of the state up to 2024. The findings reveal a significant increase in women\u2019s representation in parliament and local councils, largely due to the quota system and supportive legislation, as well as their growing presence in executive and judicial leadership roles. However, the study also highlights persistent challenges, including limited active participation, cultural and social constraints, and negative interventions that restrict the effectiveness of women\u2019s roles.
