Be a certified trainer in a relevant field (e.g., literature, culture, empowerment, leadership, community training, or awareness)
\nc. Membership is granted by decision of the Association\u2019s administration and approval of the General Director
\nd. Membership does not impose any financial or legal obligations on the Company
\ne. Membership is honorary and voluntary
\nf. Honorary membership may be granted by decision of the President of the Association and approval of the General Director<\/p>\n
a. Activities are organized within the annual plan of the Company and under its supervision.
\nb. All events are documented on the official website.
\nc. No member may represent the Association without formal authorization.<\/p>\n
The Association adheres to a Code of Conduct issued by the Company, attached to these Bylaws and considered an integral part thereof. Compliance with the Code is a condition for continued membership<\/p>\n
a. These Bylaws may not be amended except by decision of the General Director.
\nb. The Association is managed under the direct supervision of the General Director, with no delegation to any other party.
\nc. Association activities are voluntary and do not entail financial obligations.
